Terms of Service
Last updated 4 September 2026
These terms apply when you use Lioness, an online strength coaching platform. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@lionessapp.com.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details. Keep your login private — you are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
Free trial
New members can access the platform free for 7 days. No payment is taken during the trial. When it ends you choose a plan to continue; if you don't, access to programs simply pauses.
Memberships and billing
- Online Lite — £49 per month.
- Online Coaching — £99 per month.
Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled, and are billed securely through Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Because coaching is delivered digitally and immediately, part-months are not refunded, but if something has gone wrong please contact us and we will put it right.
Health disclaimer
Lioness provides general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice. Speak to a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you are pregnant, injured or managing a health condition. You train at your own risk and are responsible for stopping if something hurts.
Your content
Logs, photos and reviews you upload remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them inside the platform so your coach can support you. We only publish a review publicly if you tick the testimonial permission box.
Acceptable use
Program content, videos and materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, resold or shared. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, other members or our coaches.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
